At Home Wellness was created to bridge the gap between traditional healthcare and the personalized attention people deserve. I'm Danielle Barilotti, a Registered Nurse with over 20 years across medical-surgical, orthopedic, cardiac, surgical and recovery-room nursing. I've been a charge nurse, a diabetes educator, and a clinical manager who trained health coaches. I've called Margate home since 1999, I spend part of the year in Juno Beach, and I started At Home Wellness so people could have what hospitals rarely have time for: a nurse who knows you, answers your questions, and helps you stay ahead of problems instead of reacting to them.

What is concierge nursing?
Private nursing care that comes to you. You hire a registered nurse directly, for the hours and tasks you need, instead of going through an agency or waiting for a visiting-nurse slot. With At Home Wellness, that nurse is always me.
Do you work with my surgeon?
Yes. Nursing care follows your surgeon's or physician's orders. I don't replace them; I make sure their plan actually happens at home, and I let them know if something needs their attention.
Can I book you online?
Not for in-home nursing. Every situation is different, so I call you first. Telehealth visits with a physician can be booked online any time.
Do you take insurance?
No. In-home nursing is private pay, quoted after we talk. Telehealth prices are listed on each service page.
Is this an emergency service?
No. In an emergency, call 911. I'm the nurse for everything around the emergency: before, after, and in between.
