Medical Disclaimer
The information and services provided by At Home Wellness Concierge Nursing, LLC are intended to support health education, wellness, and nursing care and are not a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a physician, nurse practitioner, or other qualified healthcare provider.
At Home Wellness Concierge Nursing, LLC does not independently diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or replace the care of your primary care provider or other licensed medical professionals.
When services require medical evaluation, diagnosis, laboratory testing, or prescription medication, these services may be provided or ordered by appropriately licensed, independent healthcare professionals and/or third-party healthcare partners. All prescribing decisions are made solely by the licensed prescribing provider based upon their independent clinical judgment and the patient's individual medical needs and eligibility.
Information provided on this website is for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as individualized medical advice or as establishing a nurse-patient, physician-patient, or other healthcare provider-patient relationship solely through use of the website.
Individual results from medical, wellness, or weight-management programs vary, and no specific outcome or result is guaranteed.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention. Do not use this website, email, text messaging, or other non-emergency communication methods for urgent or emergency medical concerns.
By using this website, you acknowledge that healthcare decisions should be made in consultation with an appropriately licensed healthcare professional who is familiar with your individual medical history and circumstances.
All medical decisions are made solely by licensed healthcare professionals. Medications are prescribed only when medically necessary. GLP-1 medications are not suitable for everyone. Results may vary.
Nursing care
Concierge nursing services are provided by Danielle Barilotti, RN, under her nursing licence and in coordination with the orders of your surgeon or physician. Nursing care does not replace your physician's care and is not emergency care. In an emergency, call 911.
A registered nurse does not diagnose, prescribe, or change medication. Descriptions of nursing services on this site are examples of what nursing care can include; what you receive is set out in your written plan. Nothing on this site promises a particular recovery or outcome. Good nursing care can make a recovery smoother and catch small problems early. It cannot guarantee that complications will not occur.
Who provides telehealth care
All medical services are provided by Heally Health through clinicians licensed in your state, delivered by telehealth in all 50 states. At Home Wellness Concierge Nursing does not practice medicine, prescribe, or dispense medication, and it does not influence what a clinician prescribes.
Treatment is prescribed only where it fits
A clinician reviews your history, your symptoms, and where it applies your labs, then prescribes only when treatment is clinically indicated. Booking a visit or paying for a program does not guarantee a prescription. A clinician can decline to treat, recommend something different, or ask you to be seen in person.
Compounded medications
Some treatments use compounded medications prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality. They are prescribed only where a clinician judges a compounded formulation appropriate for you. Compounded GLP-1 availability follows current FDA guidance and may change.
GLP-1 medications
GLP-1 medications are not suitable for everyone. Side effects are common, most often gastrointestinal, and there are risks your clinician will go through with you, including rare but serious ones. They are not appropriate during pregnancy, while trying to conceive, or while breastfeeding, and certain personal or family medical histories rule them out. Tell your clinician about every medication and supplement you take, and about any history of pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, or thyroid cancer.
Hormone therapy
Hormone therapy is prescribed only after lab testing and a physician evaluation, and is monitored with ongoing visits. Testosterone therapy and hormone therapy for women carry risks that depend on your own history, including effects on fertility. Testosterone is a controlled substance, so prescribing and refills follow federal and state rules and can require extra verification. Doses are adjusted over time based on your results rather than set once and left alone.
Off-label prescribing
Some treatments here are prescribed off-label, which means a medication approved for one purpose is used for another at a clinician's discretion. This is legal and common in medicine. NAD+, glutathione, sermorelin, methylene blue, rapamycin, oxytocin and PT-141 are not FDA-approved for the prevention or treatment of any disease and are prescribed off-label at a physician's discretion.
Lab testing and results
Lab results are information, not a diagnosis. A reference range describes a population, so a number inside or outside one still has to be read alongside your symptoms and your history. Lab draws are available where our lab network operates and are confirmed at booking. The Galleri test is not FDA-approved and is intended to complement, not replace, standard cancer screening. A continuous glucose monitor does not diagnose diabetes. The body mass index tool on this site is a general calculation, not a diagnosis, and does not decide whether any treatment is appropriate for you.
No guarantees
Individual results vary, and nothing on this site is a promise of a particular outcome. Photographs on this site are illustrative and are not clients or patients, and anything labeled illustrative or sample is an example rather than real data.
Medication safety
- Tell your clinician, and your nurse, about every prescription, over-the-counter medication, and supplement you take.
- Do not start, stop, or change a medication prescribed by another clinician without speaking to them.
- Never take medication prescribed for someone else, and never give yours to anyone.
- Report side effects to your care team. If a reaction is severe, get emergency help first and tell the team afterward.
If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Neither in-home nursing nor telehealth is for emergencies.
